The staff managed to address some of our needs promptly, appreciated during our short visit. Keep an eye on the noise levels at night as it can be a bit loud outside.

Very central location of this nice basic hotel was a bonus. The airport was 20 km away. The staff there were superfriendly and cooperative. Exceptionally good and tasty breakfasts with tons of options and very good coffee, as example, the facilities were clean.

Very efficient and friendly staff and in a brilliant location, under 10 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and all the main shops. All other main attractions readily accessable. The rooms are comfortable and all air conditioned, with a fridge and mini bar. There is also a Fitness room. This has to be the best value hotel in Prague considering its location and level of comfort.

As I was out most of the day, my time in the Hotel was brief. I was made feel welcome and my basic needs were met. Buffet breakfast was basic, but fine for what I wanted.

great location but small breakfast area
The location near the metro made getting around the city easy. The spacious room featured a lovely big bed, perfect for a couple's stay.
The breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours.

- Good location, close to city centre, metro+bus and at the same time close to the conference centre. - Staff of the hotel was polite. -price was good.
-Not internet connection in rooms -many german tv channels..I Would suggest more english spoken channels -the single bed is very very small -breakfast very poor

Very friendly staff. Central location. Close to many nice and cheap restaurants and bars. Close to conference center. Close to Metro station. Breakfast nothing exceptional, but good.
Two matresses instead of one in double room.

Location of Hotel, staff very helpful, Nice Bar area and good value breakfast
-
missingWrote a review on 17 Octlack of ac
The lack of air conditioning makes warmer days uncomfortable, and the room can feel stifling, especially given space constraints. Breakfast, while extensive, may not always be replenished adequately, leaving some guests wanting more. The furniture and decor in the rooms seemed worn, hinting at a needed update that doesn't quite match the expectations set by the hotel's pricing.
